I need a program that will convert a gi pal file to a gi ntsc file thanks.

you dont convert a pal gi to ntsc gi, you patch the game's routines so it will be displayed in ntsc instead of pal.

check here for patches for your game, if not, try the ADR 5.0 generic patcher.

Thanks i thought that only patched Bins i saw it and i passed over it but thanks i will patch it now

you will need PPF-O-MATIC 3.0 to patch dvd images by the way
