Ghost2 Installed, now what? Please help.

So I have it installed, PS2 boots fine, playes games but I can't seem to access the "recovery mode" or if I am I don't know it cause it keeps telling me it can't read the iso I've burned, I've used just my normal cheap cd-r and a dvd+r so far. But I don't wana keep burning disks if the chip isn't even working right, when I go into recovery mode or any other, does it display anything dif on the tv while booting? I now know not to use these chips (well from what a friend told me, others are better/cheaper) but can someone through a newb a bone?

Don't you have to tap reset 5 or 6 times to get into recovery or flash mode?

Burn the firmware with CDRwin

Put the disk in the console, then stand by.
Press 5 times reset and the CD should boot

I didn't realize they had thier own support forums, cause the link that the resaler had didn't take me to the root page.

ANYWAY found the problem, apparently I need to bridge two points on the chip itself that wasn't allready done when it was sent out, and isn't mentioned in the provided install instructions.

I hope you have success with that chip. I burned the firmware loads of times, with different programs and not once could I get the bloody thing to work. Ended up, removing and installing a Matrix Infinity, far better. :)
