ok, on the outset, its not the install, ive done close to 1,000 installls and this problem is only affecting this batch

ive tried installing both a duo2 clone and a mars3 clone on this motherboard and on both chips the console starts going spastic. shut the chip off or put it in ps1 mode and it boots an original fine.


what i need to know is if anyone can confirm a similar issue and is there another chip out there that i can use on this model?
