G & H Pads Missing GH 015 Board

I have been given a v5 pal s2 to put a mesiah 2 in the guy had already tried himself to fit a chip and has removed the G,H pads on the cd/dvd contoller
Is there a chance to repair and fit the messiah 2
any idea how to replace or use another point
not seen the baord yet it on its way

does the board still work with no chip? if yes then there a track leading from pads to the cd/dvd it wont be easy but its possible

if board doesnt work with no chip u could try linking the two tracks either side of pad,if it works depends on wether the padwas connected to the otherside of the board,if it was linking two tracks wont restore the connection to the topside that the pad did
