    I believe I may have also taken out the nearby chip. Is that the BA? LA? I measure 15 KOhms from pin 3 of that chip to ground. I used a nearby connected point as my Vcc, as per the instructions. So where do you guys reccommend getting a tiny ps13 fuse and a chip? (assuming the chip is bad) 78M05G RT323 is printed on the chip. Its right underneath the big square hole on the left side.

    (bump) Can somebody please measure a good v9, or a few dead ones? Tell me if you get 15KOhms from pin3 to ground. Also do you get a ramp-up to 3 Megs across ps13 and also from pin 1 to ground? If you're reading the chip #s pin 1 is on the left, a clipped leg in the middle and pin 3 on the right.
