Forcing Mars III MA-502 to display import PS-1 games Full screen on 50004 PS-2
Forcing Mars III MA-502 to display import PS-1 games Full screen on 50004 PS-2 –
05-12-2006,03:36 AM
I recently installed a Mars II MA-502 chip in my EURO PAL 50004 GH-026 model. It works perfectly so far, but one thing that bugs me is that it will not display the import PS-1 games in full screen like the Matrix Infinity does.
Playing all those import PSX games, with that annoying black vertical border on the bottom part of the screen is very annoying indeed!
So, is there a way to force the Mars III MA-502 chip, to display the import PSX games in full screen, on my 50004 model?
Thanks in advance.

Dont be a fool. Stay away from that crap. If you want the Mi features the answer is pretty simple ....
JUST BUY A REAL INFINITY!!

Yes, but I just want to know if the Messiah 750 supports full screen import PSX dipslay, unlike the Mars III MA-502
Thanks

No because the Messiah 750 is most likely just another ICE based chip like the H2O or Duo3.

don't think you know h20 well. h20, messiah750 (not sure duo3 though) do support full screen display for NTSC PS1 game. this full screen fix has been included with the final ice code and these chips are actually Final Ice based chip with some modification in the code.
