Does any1 made a patch to convert PAL to NTSC sys on fifa 2004?

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! FIFA 2004 is out?!?!?!?!?!?!?!???!??!?!?

but yea...i use cdloader as a boot disk to convert PAL > NTSC.
ADRloader will also do the job by applying a generic patch > www.megagames.com/psx or /ps2 or something like it. it's under the utilities section

as a personal suggestion, if u use the generic patch, make a backup copy of ur original bin/cue or iso just in case it doesn't work.

I also have FIFA 2004 and I haven't try ADR patch yet, but when would I notice the offset, if any.

i see offset in using cdloader...never tried adrpatch for anything. does adrpatch show that too? and what about specific ppf patches? i've got pro evolution soccer 3 and idunno how to go about patching it. it's in *.iso format now, and i just wanna make sure i see no offset
