Has anyone been able to connect online and play FFXI with a modchip enabled? The thing is I don't know if my modchip can be disabled.
Has anyone tried and not able to connect?

i think the only chip that is able to be used with the HD are DMS3. any other chip will require you to unplug the HD when it is on or if you want to use the HD then you will need to turn off the chip...however i could be wrong

No, I think the DMS3(all versions) do as long as you are using the 1.8 update.?
