EJECT problems on 2 Duo2Se installs

Hoping one of you gents has seen this before.

I have now done two seperate v7's with Duo2Se's... tested the consoles fine prior to chipping. Once the chip is installed, I attempt to test, first with an original.

Appears to boot through the splash screen fine, but locks on the black screen, no further. When I attempt to EJECT, the tray extends too far, and won't close.

2 different consoles, 2 different chips.

Any thoughts?

also check the z point on duo2se, if the Cap between Z and X short, the tray wont back.
