Eject light Flashes 1 time

Then it goes blank. Nothing after that. This is a v4 with DMS3. This ps2 has been working fine for over 3 months. Would this be the same symptons as the BSchip/ps14 fuse(which i am having trouble finding atm) usually from what i am reading there is no eject light. This one is flashes 1 time

found ps14, it tested good
does not work with modchip powr and ground unhooked
samething happens with a different DVD/CD drive

I think is BA chip FU...D.
Also check the flat cables from dvd rom

i have no idea if it would fix it but check the eject line (i think its wire C)

pretty sure its not the cables from the dvd since i put in a different drive and it still did the same thing. I checked the eject line to chip that is ok, anyway to check the BA chip besides a swapping it out? also that would be the BA chip that is next to ps13?
