You'll need to remove the macrovision from the dvd that you are going to copy and some movies such as Gladiator will have to be re-compressed to fit on a dvd-r. Here is a good sight if your a newbie to all this. http://www.dvd2dvdr.com/
ok thx everyone
i just had to be sure because i havent found a website that will ship to canada, thats worth the pain of waiting etc.. and the only dvd-r within 1hr 1/2 of me is verbatims at 15$ (canadian) a piece....which is damn expensive in my opinion.
around my place, for 24 Verbatim dvd-rs, i could buy a new ps2 (tax included).
What about EBAY you should be able to find someone on there that will ship to Canada since alot of sellers are private people and pick up a good deal, or get a friend to buy them and mail them to you
i dont trust anyone on Ebay
I do all kind of business there you just have to only deal with people with good feedback and you don't have problems plus your purchase is guaranteed to either $200-$300 (can't remember which) against fraud and if you use paypal its guaranteed to $300 (ebay bought out paypal a couple months ago) at those prices in Canada, its worth the small risk
i dont have a paypal account, or an ebay account
