What DVD Burner would you recomend for a freind? Between 100 and 150?

I would also like to know about a Magazine that talks about mod chips dvd burners and ps2 if there is one? Thanks

Pioneer is only what I use.. hacked firmware available, works great, really nice drives. Get an OEM one from Newegg.com

No mag that i know of..
