Duo2Se - v7 NTSC PS2 - Will it boot Pal media?

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether a Duo2Se chip will allow a v7 NTSC PS2 to boot PAL games & movies (both backups and originals)? From the specs on their website (listed below), it looks like it will only boot original imports.

Yes, however, they might not look too hot on a NTSC TV unless your TV has a PAL setting.

Is there some sort of mod for forcing the PS2 to always display in NTSC mode? Would this help? I thought I had a diagram here of that somewhere, but it must be on my PC at home.

I'm supprise they don't have a new PAL to NTSC converter and vice versa.

A lot of people are in need of one. Paradox seems to be able to set up GT4 Prologue to run in PAL or NTSC. I don't think you have to rewrite any code but just edit some code within the game itself. But I'm not completely sure how they were able to do so.

I wish they could release a program that would convert PAL to NTSC and vice versa.
