Between the two, I would recommend DUO. Keep in mind that's just an opinion, I've had great luck with the DUO so far. Both a good chips for the money...

Once professionally installed there is no difference between the Apple Pro, DUO and say chips like the Messiah2 V1.30.

If you are planning to install it yourself - go the DUO - only 17 wires - saves a stack of time. Less chance of stuffing up.

Both chips are pure game booting chips.
