Duo 2SE v9 Worked for a few hours but now nothing

I installed a duo 2SE in a v9, did the romeo mod perfectly and it ran all types of backups, everything. The customer was playing last night for a few hours, then it froze up, he turned it off and now its just a black screen and the eject button won't eject the cd unless you hold it in for about 10-15 secs. Anyone have any ideas? I let it run for almost 6 hours before I gave it to him and it was fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm, now the odd time when I turn it on, the DVD drive starts reving up like super fast so I turn it off cause it seems like something is really wrong. Anyone have any ideas?
