Duo 2 se sees copy but returns to browser HELP.

i installed the chip correctly. It reads my backups just fine when i press X to load it just returns to the browser. I believe i have a bridge somewhere. Can you give me a place to start from because everything is hot glued down. I dont want to tear everything down for one spot.

u shoudl look around your a b i wires and maybe clean your laser

i know its not the laser. the laser is brand new. I will look at the a,b & i points. I may have accidently got solder across 2 legs.
