Does swap magic CD v2 with nosolder mod chip work well?

Hi all

My girlfriends wee brother has a PS2 with a no solder mod chip installed, he is currently using an action replay to boot games but it obviously doesnt boot games over a certain size. I was on a site earlier today and saw this swap magic CD v2, is it any better for booting CD games?

its better because you only have to swap once. however, there are a few games that are incompatable with swap magic.

Is it worth him picking up the swap magic CD. How many CD based games are incompatible with it? If its only a handful I will recommend it to him

if you are talking about CD RIPS then almost all of them are not compatable.
