does the modbo 1.1 auto swap ntsc games to pal on a v12 pal system??

auto swap ntsc games? What do you mean? The modbo 1.1 doesn't even have ntsc to pal or vice versa.

duno but it might do better if you upgrade it to the latest mi firmware without anti clone code think its 1.4 soemthing

dont upgrade the chip, firmware 1.4 brings nothing to the table of interest (gt4 works without the firmware, just use the toxic patcher instead)

No the Modbo 1.1 will not do ntsc -> pal, a real infinity chip will though.

You can always patch the game images manually to do this though.
