DMS3 V9 in V10 problem

Basically I get the black screen w/ no audio and/or video, however, I do get it when turning the mod off, I doubled ground, and wrapped wires D and E and CLK...

Any tips?

i am guessing my placement was bad, i get no audio/video at all now, the side of the resistor that you solder the 3.3v (point A) point to came off (the gray part)... is there any way to fix this?
