dms3 v9 with v10 points

Hi, I have seen in pictures where the v9 cd/dvd via points can be soldered onto the legs of the chip. Are they the same points (P-W) as the v10 for the dms3?

I have a V9 ps2 and using those points that are on the v10 diagram are ok?
