DMS3 v9 -- Bug?

I've finally got a DMS3 v9 installed in my v10 system and it works well. However, I think I may have come across a bug.

After initial system startup (ie, turning on the physical power switch at the back of the machine), EJECT is being held high, so the system can not be started by pressing EJECT, only RESET (because the system starts when EJECT goes low). After the system has been powered up at least once, then EJECT goes back to floating and the system recognizes it properly.

Is this a bug or is it supposed to work that way?

yes it happens on v9 but if i push the main power and let it warm up eject is functional

sounds like a cd/dvd wiring thing i had once

This sound the same as a problem i have a t the mo with a v9 and M2 v1.33 (homehere ), I will check the states of EJECT when i get home.
