DMS3 Stealth/Sleep Mode

How do you get a DMS3 into stealth/sleep mode.

One manual page says while in standby (i.e. red light on) hold eject button for a few seconds. The problem with this is that when I do this the disc ejects.

I've also tried holding down the eject while turning power on.
All this did was to make the red light come on.

Any help appreciated

Yeah, so then you just close the tray again. Simple. What's the problem?
