DMS3 Main menu problem...

I got a V9 with a DMS3 V9 installed.
When the system starts up the little balls won't rotate in those cool shapes so I asked someone and he said you need to set the system clock. So i tried it but when i press X the all the numbers are grey and it won't let me change anything in the clock.

Please help.
