Dms3 + Dvd Remote

Can you select the PS2 mode during boot using the Sony DVD remote instead of the game controller with the DMS3V2?

i assume it's possible, just press down the X button....but ps2 mode is default you don't need to press x to boot ps2 games

yes it does work, any mode you press on the remote it will work like it was a controller attached. Of course ive tried this with the sony remote, not third party.
