me like a few more around got a scph 18000 jap ps2.
till now, u haven't tested it nor any1 else have.
i think this chip is the thing, but i can't install it so i won't buy it.
why don't you test it? you can't put your hand on it? i guess almsot any of us would agree to send u our console.
my console is lying dead cause i don't have a good chip on it. only a bad old one.
i would appreciate an answer

why don't you be the first and test it yourself, maybe they'll supply you with a chip to test it with.

it works, there are diagrams online, for 2 versions i think.
Be brave, like spiderman, and try it yourself!
