DMS V.9 Problem.

I just got a premodded version 9 PS2 with DMS3. My PS2 backups work fine, and so do my PS1 backups. But when I load the PS1 backups, my controller doesn't work, I have tryed like 3-4 games and the controller won't work for PS1 games. I am using a Dual Shock 2. Anyone know what I can do?

try with analog (joystick) mode off, sometimes that will affect it. use the dpad if you must.
