    Does the clock signal on the chip goto the clock label on the diagram beside "P"? And where does the "Q" line goto on the diagram? How many wires in total on this instalation chip for V7 should be connected?

    "Reduced wire installation only 19 wires for V1-V7 and 20 wires for V8,V9 and V10" this is from DMS3 site though I counted 18 only (on PAL consoles)... Clk point means clock, as you thought. Q is not needed, it was the pad between the P point and the CDVD controller anyway.
