DMS\HDD\save games –
I have a V2 DMS (upgraded to 1.8). I am debating whether it would be worth it to buy a network adapter and HDD. I think that I would mainly find it useful to transfer game-saves to the HDD in order to free space on my memory cards.
1. are there any apps to transfer game-saves to HDD?
2. where can I get it?
3. would the expense be worth it, $50 for 40GB HDD, $30 for network adapter, $80 for wireless game adapter (I might as well get the game adapter while I'm at it for online play), when I could buy a lot of memory cards for that amount of cash?
If I do end up spending the money and setting it up, I'm sure that I will find other uses for it, but at the moment I see game-saves as the major use.
Thanks for input.
If all you want to do is save space on your memory cards, you'd be better off getting an X-Port. That way, you can just transfer saves to and from your PC.
Well buying the network adapter is a good idea because of all the online games coming out, but don't rush into getting the HDD yet.
