Diode spec needed on Messiah2 pcb

Did a search,but cannot find any specs.I have a Messiah2 which has a short(out of cct) zener diode(smd)-the one that regulates the power to the Actel chip.Could someone please confirm its regulation voltage & power rating,so i can replace it.
