i mean he shows these diagrams with all the currents and i have no idea whats going where

Just do the below from SummOne

Here is my fix in action - single 560ohm resistor on tracking input - hasnt died yet :-) and the pstwo is much quieter, no scratchy noises ;-)

And this fix is good with the high end chips as well?
