Difference

Hi guyz,
Is there anyway to differ a Blue Messiah from an Original Messiah once its modded?

Blue Messiah has a poor record on NTSC. But if whatever you've got boots everything by the Messiah boot method then you can't distinguish.

Except, and I'm not sure - you'd have to look up the Blue Messiah specs, but if it boots PS1 games in colour then it MIGHT NOT be a Messiah though it could be a Messiah with the Color Fix.

My answer assumes you have a US PS2.

so in other words, there is really no way to find out the difference right? To what I found, they say the only problem with the Blue Messiah is its ability to boot D9 or Dual-Layered games so does this apply to the laser or the chip?

It would be the laser. The chip has no bearing on the matter.
