Canadian tire sells double sided tape, IIRC. Try there.

Most hobby shops will carry it. Its called servo tape there.
Get yourself a hot glue gun. Its a lot easier than tape and can be pulled off if you need to switch the wires around. Good, thin double sided tape is a pain in the ass to get off if need be.

i only use the glue gun for securing the wires down.
I glue the chip itself. Works good. Mucah easier than messing with the tape.

are you talking about installing modchips with hot glue guns?
The glue is just to keep the wires flat on the motherboard, not for the joints, those need to be soldered. The hot glue is a great way to stick the chip to the mobo too.
