CrystalChips cant boot Cd ps2 games

Ive just bakcuped a CD games (Mister Mosquito 1 ntsc) and found that my CrystalChip wont boot it... ...It boot but then Im stuck with a black screen. DVD games backups work well and my Armax Evo backup work just well too...audio cd work fine.......

Ive tryed playing with a Dvd rip of Viewtiful joe 2 and it woulnd start too.

Im using firmware 0.13 and BM 0.13

should I check my install ?... or it may be my backup...

they are all burn in 4x as I cant go under 4.... (Lg burner... )

Try and update yourself to Release 14. As well, post your console specs.

Dont know why its should work on 0.14 ...I was waiting for 0.15 (burn .12 then .13 2 days after....now .14 3 day after i was like... ill wait for another)

Anyway ill try.

My ps2 spec :

Ps2 v5 with brand new CC (janurary 28, 05)
8mb sony memorycard...
boot original
boot dvd bakcup
boot utility disc (Armax, firmware update, etc...)
boot dvd video
boot cd audio
...dont boot DVD Rip and CD backup....

Anymore info needed ?

dunno but mine work, you got the hack firmware right? cuz u need it to play backup game

use a different brand cd-r .... what ya using imiation ?

check your laser it might help

Ive tryed Verbatim and TDK .... maybe I should rechange my laser height another degre left....this was the firts problem when I bought that ps2

.....the strange thing is that firmware and armax evo bakcup CD (the only one I can test for now) works well... and I got the hacked firmware ...

anyway Ill lets you know if anything work !

edit : Ive made the 1.04 firmware update and still no luck...anyway its not so bad.....
