Crystal Chip - PStwo V15 shuts off when I close the lid

If the PStwo lid is closed when I turn on the PS2, light goes green for about a second, then shuts off.

If I open the lid, the PStwo loads, Crystal Chip BM loads, everything looks okay. I close the lid and the PStwo shuts off.

It takes ALL sensors for the PStwo to shut off. I can turn on the PStwo if I bend the lid so it does not enable the front sensor.

Is this a modchip problem or a PStwo problem? The V15 diagram has a lot of points on the main IC (very small) and barely able to hold IMO. I can easily see this as a 1-or-2-wire not conducting kind of problem.

I am looking to do anything: modchip fix installation (and I do need a point fixed anyway) especially. If this is a modchip problem, and you are in the US, please PM your details and pricing. I need this fixed and I would like to have the installation evaluated and fixed where necessary as well (it was not done by me).

EDIT 2: Removed modchip (cut 3.3V wire), same problem. So it is not the modchip.

Check the I.B.G.H so that they don´t are connecting each other.
