converting pal to ntsc

ok i have an image of ape escape 2 and its in pal mode. only thing is the image is a .gi file. i know i can convert it ti .iso, but how can i patch the .iso file to ntsc mode ?

Use ADR Adrenalin Patcher 0.5 it patches every game i tried so far but it doesnt center the screen b/c of the Y point...but most games can be centered in the options menu

thanks that made it work, but the screen flickers like crazy during movie playback. good thing i'm burning it to dvd+rw to test. anyway is there a way to stop the blinking? its like someone has a strobelight on. clear, sounds are fine, but just the strobe effect...
