Bad link?
I've got a V10 here with bad HD7 laser, I'd love to be able to use a 400C in it's place.
change the 1 in I and 0 in o
not a bad link, just change some of the numbers to letters...
In fact, I have talked to someone that says there is a free program out there doing this, so look around, don't spend money if you don't have to
I read somwhere on Rich's forums that there was a way to convert an r to c.
It involved grounding something to set the ps2 to factory default... which is probably the c laser. I believe it was Rotosound who wrote about it.
I would be glad to know about it. i'm stack in here with two HD7 motherboards and no new leser to purchase![]()
I can agree with that I have about 7 HD7 motherboards here but without lasers *Sigh*,it seems the HD7's are extreemly hard to get.
You can use a R-type for the HD7...essentially the same thing.
I know you can convert a V5 motherboard with a simple resistor swap.there is a thread on these forums for it.![]()
they convert the mobos with illegal sony aoftware they have aqquired
Well if they used illegal sony software isnt there enay way we can port it or create a legal version?
