connect W -> black screen

After installing a Duo2 Se in a V9 I got a black screen. After removing all wires and connecting them 1 by 1 I noticed that after I connect the W point I get the black screen. It doesn't look like I have solder on the board.
Anything else I can try?

Check for solder bridges in to the mochip.
Located in w point in pad or in controller

Found the problem. It was the modchip. There is a short between R & W.
I attached a pic with the faulty Duo2 Se and a good one.
