Comsoft v4 No L1 Connector?

Just doing a mod on a slim pstwo (aint done one for ages) and i've come to install Comsoft v4 fix and there is no point to solder the L1 wire to?? Board number is GH-032-34.

sony new fix is underneath instead of at top
