Hi guys, I just got a crystal chip 1.1 installed in my V12 PS2. I've got the hacked firmware v19 and bootmanager 1.8 installed, and all my games run great.

Now here's where I need help, and I've searched a lot on this forum to try to find answers but I suck lol..

I'm trying to install apps but I can't figure out how to make ulauchelf work or how to set up an FTP server to transfer files.. I'm really lost and I'd appreciate any help you guys can offer.. I've got a crossover cable to connect my PS2 and PC together. I also have a 512mb pen drive if that could help. Where do I go from here?

I'd like to have SMS and a few other programs installed.
