This question is not related to chips, but I hope you can still help.

My television supports NTSC 3.58 & 4.43, I don't know if there are any other types of NTSC. I couldn't find any.

Anyway, some of my NTSC games are shown badly, the picture is green-shaded. I checked the same games (with the same PS2) only using my friends T.V. and it works ok.

Before I'm calling the T.V. support person I want to make sure the games I'm testing are either 3.58 or 4.43. How can I detect that? Can you please recommend some app that will help with that?
