Clicking sound on V4's

Has anyone experienced the same as me on these? Whenever I've installed a chip in one of these versions and reassemble them I always get a clicking sound, like the laser goes crazy. This happens if the tray is out, and I tap reset. The mod works just fine, it's just bloody annoying. The way I've fixed them is to assemble and reassemble them doing nothing really special and after a couple of rounds of doing this, the suckers suddenly stops clicking. I even tried removing the mod on one of them and it was still clicking %¤%¤

he he some ar going to tell you it's the age of the laser it aint your replacing a large screw instead of the real small one under the laser, the laser cant move because its jammed it isnt the laser you here it's a few second grind youe here for the grub motor that move's the laset up and down the sled hope this helps he he jus remember the small screw has to go to the grounding plate above the laser.
