chip install - no display or eject

Just like the title says. PS2 turns on but no display or eject. The flash looks to be on b/c I see the red light on. btw it's a duo2 in a v7. laser makes a little tick noise when i start it and thats it. the blue light flashes onthe eject but nothings working

Anyone know where I should check for error?

I checked every point, resoldered a few and still nothing. There's no bridges anywhere.

Anyone have any ideas, this thing is stressing the hell out of me

Check your rst and z wire. Make sure they are not mixed up.

ok i got her going. I uninstalled and reinstalled the chip and now shes perfect.
