Cheap CHIP that have region free on NTSC

Does any one knows which cheap chip has region free on NTSC systems?

I have modbo in tons :) but it's not support Region free on NTSC system!

I tryed Mars pro and not support but I can't try yet Magic S+ so; Maybe magicS+ :)

I know DiEmEs4 is but that's a real expensive one :)
And maby O2Mod also.

02mod is PAL only compatible i believe...

Well, the product we cant discuss! not even sure if I can name it.
But its 25$US and works like a charm on NTSC consoles.

The only thing is you have to get the 3+ not the 4!..........
