i looked at F&Q section for v4 fueses but in the pic i see gh-12 , and i have gh13 ntsc the fuses are not in the same location!
what should i do!

Use the info in the GH-012 picture to help you out on the GH-013 board which is right in front of you. The PSxx numbers will have the same meaning.
