orginal dvd ps2 game to boot dvdr ps2 games
cool cheers m8 its much appreciated
P
For the price of a new DVD game you may as well install a new chip. It would probably be cheaper in the long run, and since it's your mate you should hook him up. Nobody likes to swap.
?? got loads of original dvd games m8, theres 40 wires on that bad boy!! if its not broke don't fix it![]()
The best game you can use is timecrises 2 it have's a big toc
Or the time trial version of devil may cry, basicly eny ps2 dvd game that has a bigger Toc than the one you are trying to boot, also you can add a orega madcip and then you dont need a oreginal Ps2 dvd game to boot, but you will have to press the eject button about 3 times for it to boot, basicly start up the mechine with the backup inside wait for the RSOD then press eject, and press eject again when its gone.
BTW compatebilety isnt great on these chips, its been some years since I actually seen one :P,Neo4 was the second chips I did for Ps2 later it was Neorega(neo4+Orega) and the first was the S-Box(POS)
One other comment... the NEO4 was not a swap chip. The Neo's ended at 2.2, which was a swap chip. The 40-wire NEO4 was the first chip ever to allow copies without require a swap.
I installed about 10, and then the Magic's appeared on the scene, and that was it for the NEO's.
You still needed to swap discs to play DVD-R backups, even with the NEO4Originally Posted by mikearama
