can ps x change boot disc work with fliptop?

i've got ps2 version 1 with swap magic disc and fliptop, this does not boot ps1 games. i'm wondering if the ps xchange version 2 disc for ps1 will boot ps1 backups for me. actually i want to burn IT MIGHT BE NES, but it doesnt work with flip top and the swap magic. thanks.

it wont work, i would just buy a gameshark, but make sure it isnt the new version 3
