can pal games be converted to ntsc?

i have 2 games that are pal and they are in black and white on my system i was just wondering if i could convert them to ntsc so i could play them in color any help would be usefull thanks

its something us backwards folk in texas dont use. you need to patch the game, get a signal converter/compatible tv, or get a vga adapter..

ok now that i have adrenalin where i find the patches to convert pal to ntsc ? oh by the way these are dvd games dont know if it makes a diff if its dvd or cd

try using the ntsc/pal patches on that page and not the adrenalaine ones
