Can anyone please suggest a reliable website that sells mod-chips and also if possible what brand is best for a v14 ps2. thanks.

Any of the following are decent quality, behave themselves on the v14 and suit the needs of most people, Ghost 2 (Version 2), Matrix Infinity (Green Dot), DMS4 SE Lite or Crystal Chip 1.1 Lite.

Can't get the Crystal Chips from Divineo, but Crystal have a list of resellers on their site http://crystal-chips.com/.
