Is it true you can do this ? And that site says you can play ps2 games on xbox and dreamcast lol but I was wondering if you can burn DVD's with CD-r ?

probably just has programs to help you downsample movies, and remove large things to drop DVD size games/movies, to cd size

Sounds fishy, if it was possible to play ps2 games on xbox and visa versa the scene would have released info about it.
