Buddy fried his PS2

Hey, my buddy fried his PS2 installing a Magic V. I think he said it was a Version 8 PS2. He says the PS2 will not power up. Anyway, I'm wondering if there is a place online that sells PS2 parts. I mainly deal with Xbox modding, but he asked me to see if I could find a new mobo, and power supply. Thanks in advance!
